Our 3 smokers hold up to 1750 pounds of meat where we season up our BBQ 'Alabama' style. Our brisket is slow cooked for 16 hours. Our meats are smoked outback with straight wood. Our sides are all homemade and seasoned with in house meats and spices and include real soul food sides - collards, grits & greens, Alabama Egg rolls, and our mac and cheese is affectionately called "crack mac" by our customers! Try our homemade Texas style Peach Cobbler or Lemon or Chocolate Ice Box pies.
