I had a great experience at Brothers Bar & Grill. The food was fresh and full of flavor, with generous portions. Every dish came out hot and tasted homemade. Would happily return and tell friends about it.
The blonde bartender called two of my friends racial slurs (the n word). I’ve heard brothers is racist and about this bartender in particular before (dumping drinks on guys, calling girls ghetto) but this was pretty bad. All this to get paid $4 at a small town bar. Will be speaking to the owner but just a heads up. Lol.
Rosie's conduct is professionally unacceptable. Following a single $4 round of service where no tip was provided, she verbalized her grievance and subsequently refused further service. Most critically, she committed financial fraud by unilaterally adding a tip to the transaction and overcharging the credit card. This establishment employs staff who retaliate against customers and engage in unauthorized financial transactions. Avoid.
