Luis and his shop are the most honest and fair mechanics around. We have been using them for years and couldn't say enough to represent how good they have been to us. You can trust they will get your car repaired and honor their work like no other business. We broke down in Southern Virginia and Luis came to tow us back and got the truck running again the next day. We have been using Brothers Auto for several years and are grateful to have trusted mechanics in town.
parts installed turned out to be defective. They replaced the drive shaft support bracket, honoring their guaranty /warranty nearly a year later, without any problem. Second time was an oil pan with a very small dent in the flange that prevented a seal despite gasket and silicone sealer. It took a month of testing to narrow down and identify the source as a seemingly microscopic dent. A very honest business with strong ethics. I highly recommend them.
Great mechanic and fantastic customer service. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family.
