We’ve been going to Rueben on the recommendation of our closest friends, and have not been disappointed. Rueben is thorough, effective, and friendly. The prices are reasonable and he moves quickly, so you don’t have to be without a car for long. I can’t say enough great things, and can’t imagine bringing our vehicles anywhere else.
Drove in with a nail in my tire asked if they could fix it and how long would it take. I was out of there and on my way within 30 min. So polite and professional. Highly recommend.
Rubin communicates professionally but I will not be using this service again. My experience went like this: I took my car in for an oil change. He did that fine, and I told him I wanted to switch my New York mechanic to him so I was planning to bring my wife's car too. Before I brought my wife's, I tipped his colleague Trevor in advance. Trevor then suggested replacing the brakes and said he recommends OEM parts. I bought the parts he suggested.
