Would be zero if it was an option. Pressured me into having my car picked up a day I was working. Reworked my entire work schedule (including losing time and a half holiday pay) they never showed. I, and Cash for Cars have called them for multiple days with zero response.
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. They did not show up when indicated three separate times. They did not communicate any issues and left me sitting in my car for hours waiting on them.
Would be zero stars if it was an option. Whoever answers the phone is nice enough, but was using this company because they were the highest price to scrap my car from cashforcars, and they said they’d be here at 8 am one day and no one showed up. I called the number again and they said they were dealing with some accidents that needed towing, so I figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and they said they’d be here the following day “100% for sure at 8 am.” The following day rolls around and no one ever showed up. This place is absolute garbage. I had a running truck that I wanted to get rid of quick so I contacted Cash 4 Cars. They directed me to this place. Quick never happened. They promised to be there three days in a row and no-showed each day. When they did show they wanted to offer half of the quote because the rims weren't original. The problem is that they are original to that truck and it was a two second Google search to prove it. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Sold a car to them a couple years back that they gave me $500 for. Front end was basically on the ground and didn't run. Had a running car with all new parts (that they are gonna part out and sell anyway) and they offered me $150 after they said on the phone it would be starting out at $350.
