When it turned out more was damaged than we initially thought, they didn’t just leave me hanging—they actually took me to get the parts, not once, but twice. That level of service is rare. A zip tied my power steering unit to some other thing underneath my hood after they unbolted it from the side of my vehicle don't know what they done with the bolts to it
