Thieves and liars don’t believe me search their sister company Noblesville Auto Gallery you’ll see what kind of conditions they sell their cars in passing them off as great reliable, solid cars and officially being investigated for rolling back mileag. This business did call me a fag on the phone today after this review. Thankfully that has secured me with the most prestigious law firm in Indiana to help.
DO NOT BUY FROM BROTHERS AUTO HAUS ELWOOD!!!!!!!!! I would give them negative stars if the reviews would let me. I bought a 2011 Chevy Cruze on May 31st 2023. After having it for not even a month, the car went out on me and I was told it needed a new transmission. The problem was so bad, it leaked oil all over the engine and completely ruined several parts of my car that they would not pay for, even though I had a warranty through them. ‼️If i could take it back i would. Since I got the car delivered it’s been having problems. The warranty doesn’t make a difference. They don’t email me my information after calling multiple times. I’m still paying on this car and have been working on it for the past six months. I can’t even drive it. If I could take it back I would! 0/10 recommend

We purchased a car here less than a year ago. It was only used for short trips to school and work. We recently had the oil changed, and right after the car started making a knocking noise. The car was not driven after the noise started and we just had it inspected. Large amounts of metal were found in the oil pan, which indicates the car has a major issue and needs a whole new engine.
