Been working with these people for over 10 years. Spent over $1000 on new tires and they all started bursting at the sidewalls in less than a year. They wouldn’t take any responsibility even tried denying the recipe I had in hand saying the license plate wasn’t matching up. My family could have been killed and to not take responsibility is insane especially for a regular customer

I went here looking for an inspection for an out of state car to donate lemon law claims and was falsely told it was impossible to get an inspection for out of state, I was able to go elsewhere and get an inspection immediately. About 4 hours of my time wasted navigating Boston for a lie they told me because they were too busy to look. Although no cash changed hands it definitely cost me. Lord knows what they'd do for a real service
