Amazing customer service combined with fast and diligent repair!
Easily the worst repair shop I’ve ever been to. If I could give them 0 stars I would. 5.5hrs for a sensor replacement. They replaced the wrong sensor. I could have easily replaced it myself but was short on time so I paid $400+ and got ripped off. I paid “Dabul” to fix my check engine light and got it back with a check engine light…. P.s. enable some GUEST WIFI while you rip off your customers AT LEAST. (Waiting room is a DEADZONE for cellphones)
I only went in for an inspection stick up but I wasn't even there five minutes
If I could give zero stars I would. President’s Day, a Monday I asked to have my check engine code read and to replace a faulty O2 sensor. I sat in the lobby for four hours, watching at least 8 Inspections be done before I spoke up. It was repaired in 30 minutes with a $400 pricetag. For one O2 sensor and labor fees. This would be okay if my car didn’t stall out in a fourway intersection last weekend due to unknown gunk on that “new” O2 sensor. I thought this place would be convenient I live so close by. Sadly I have to encourage anyone who goes here to do a full walk around your car before hand. I’ve found multiple parts of my car damaged. I also sat in the waiting room for 6+ hours. Nobody was honest, they shouldn’t have even taken me. Now my BRAND new side skirts are cracked and scratched. I am beyond mad.
