Luke has been great! I ended up getting my car fixed someplace cheaper, but they held my car for free while I compared quotes. Very friendly and professional.
Would recommend anybody in the Lubbock area to them. They are transparent, very easy to communicate with, and show a genuine interest for their customers needs. They will go out of their way to help you, and they worked with me multiple times after their work hours to ensure my needs were met. They were easily the most enjoyible auto shop that I've ever worked with.
My husband and I broke down on the side of the road. It was bad and we were not sure how things were going to work out. However, Luke and his tech came out and helped us get back to his shop. There, they worked their magic and fixed us up on the same day so we could get back to our vacation!
