Worst place ever, my mother took her 2021 vw for a battery and 2,200.00 , they replace a cvc joint and a alternator .. when all she needed was a battery replacement.. Don't let your folks go here they will take there money.
We had a concern with our car and they took a look at it in 10min and told us the problem and didn’t even charge us! We were on a time crunch so couldn’t wait for them to actually fix it but they were extremely nice and helpful! Highly recommend

Tried calling their phone lines to check the status of my vehicle. A gentleman answered and said this is the Amarillo garage let me transfer you. An Amarillo location doesn't exist. Left a message with no return call. Finally drove over there to find my truck sitting there with still no results as to what was wrong with it. Never received a call that it was even ready. Location is a muddy mess and so is the office.
