I’ve used them twice now and all I can say is their customer service and automotive service is excellent. Highly recommend!
Went in for an oil change at 1:30 , with out realizing they close at 2 on Saturday's. They still got us in and out with in 30 minutes. Absolutely amazing customer service!!!! Thanks so much Brothers!
Update on the GMC Canyon. Im the other owner of the truck and after we took the vehicle to another mechanic they found that the problem the whole time was that Bro. Auto Care never tightend the nuts that hold the struts(that they installed) in place. So yeah, Bros. Charged us for parts and labor that never shouldve been. Then told us they dont have the proper tools to continue after the fact. So if they dont have proper tools to fix a mistake that they made worse, why the hell did they tell me that they will fix the problem.... read more
If you asked before our last experience I would say yes I'd recommend. But on my our last oil change they sent it home with us with pinched O ring and we had oil leak all over our garage but they had it toed and fixed. So honest mistake no big. So we began to have a vibration noise on our GMC Canyon they assured us it was our shocks and struts. Sent it home with us after we paid with the problem being worse. Took it back said it was control arm for sure. Allowed them to do repairs after they charged us again. Still not fixed... read more
