These people have no morals and will take advantage of the elderly. My parents decided on this shop only because these people quoted so low compared to other shops. Their quote of 10 days took over 40 days. When they my mom went to pick up her vehicle, they claim they needed to order parts that they didn’t quote or even call about to ask if it was ok to proceed. Ended up adding almost $700 worth of parts also the trunk was not repaired and saying they didn’t quote it but somehow every shop we went to get quotes quoted the tr... read more
If anyone is looking for a shop, Brothers Autobody on 50th street is great! My family has always gone to them and they do great work, can source new or used parts, and never upsell work that isn't necessary. I definitely recommend them!
So helpful. And amazing dogs to pet.
