Brotherhood is a great community, with really nice and friendly people around! It’s the place if you really wanna become a better version of yourself. 3 months ago I was the 3 days bender guy and now I’m the 5 workouts and 3 runs a week guy.
Definitely the best thing that happened to me lately...... definitely recommend it.
Awesome facilities, fantastic vibe and professional guidance. Best characteristic of the place is the people, not just the staff but the folk joining each other from all walks of life to challenge themselves and grow into better humans. Absolutely love it!
Thanks Guy, Kurtis, Cas, and Adam , and all the brothers I've gained in the last couple of months. I feel better, fitter, stronger, and younger than I have in as long as I can remember. I have thoroughly enjoyed rewriting the narrative around my old injuries and instead focusing on what's possible. What an awesome community to be a part of.
