The young man who serviced my Hyundai Kona Florissant green was so good at telling me about the services! Sorry his name is in the car. I am 71 and he was the first person to change oil properly. The check after adding oil with car running 10 seconds so oil reaches top end and allows filter to fill then showing the dip stick to me is the the proper way to change oil. My original review was for Brotherhood oil,unfortunately he sold the business to Strickland. I decided to go there anyway,big mistake.The tech tried to sell me everything ,I think because I'm a female who doesn't have a clue,which is true.He didn't know a lug nut key which I gave to him ,as I wanted a tire rotation,he stated couldn't do it.Had to ask for car sticker and he didn't enter change on my car computer.All this would have been done by Brotherhood oil.The waiting room and bathroom was disgusting.I will be going to Wi... read more
Was sitting there for a minute around 30 mins which is good don't get me wrong but it's still pretty quick. It's better when you have your oil and know how much your car takes.
