Nearly 1 month ago they sent an engineer out it appeared it should be warranty work with Lennox...despite repeated attempts to Brotherhood no updates only what the secretary relayed appalling customer service I will never use again.

Our air conditioner had trouble this week, John came out and was very professional and made sure to get to the bottom of the problem, fixed it free of charge. Service like this is why we will continue to use Brotherhood for the years to come.

This year my central air and furnace went out in April. I contacted multiple businesses trying to set up estimates and the install. After repeatedly getting left in the dark and no calls back from multiple companies to set it up I made the best choice and called brotherhood havc...the staff was the friendliest and most prompt people I talked to in the while process.
