This year my central air and furnace went out in April. I contacted multiple businesses trying to set up estimates and the install. I had Brotherhood out to a property for the 1st time as the client had used them in the past and wanted to use them again. It was a furnace over 44 yrs old and client wanted to make sure the heat exchanger wasn't cracked. They came out quickly and gave an honest answer that the furnace was still working well for its age and the heat exchanger was ok.
