This year my central air and furnace went out in April. I contacted multiple businesses trying to set up estimates and the install. After repeatedly getting left in the dark and no calls back from multiple companies to set it up I made the best choice and called brotherhood havc...the staff was the friendliest and most prompt people I talked to in the while process. Fast service on a hot day. Honest about the problem, frank about the longevity of the system. Devin was super knowledgeable and courteous.
AC went out at 5:00 p.m., they were here the next morning at 9:30am. Very nice, reasonable, and professional
