Exceptional care offered by this facility - front desk is very friendly and helpful with insurance matters and therapy was always prompt to the appointment time. The therapist was with me one-on-one for my treatment sessions and provided a great array of treatment options like massage, exercising, education, and heat/electrical stimulation. I would definitely return to this facility for PT in the future and would recommend them to anyone seeking PT as well!
I don't know if i have ever felt so welcome as i did at Brostrom Physical therapy! From the moment i called, they were able to get me in right away. The front office girls helped me to get my script from my doctors office, spent the time to go through my insurance coverage, and scheduled me at times that were convenient for me.
