Ce mercredi 4 décembre je suis allé chez le concessionnaire GM à Brossard. Je venais de vendre ma voiture et je voulais faire le transfert de la garantie GM total plus. J’ai été reçu de manière à ce qui s’appelle un vrai service à la clientèle. Quelle belle expérience client. Un énorme merci à Sandra Beauregard-Sauvageau.. cette jeune fille sympathique et dynamique fera en sorte que mon prochain véhicule sera encore acheté chez vous. Merci encore Sandra.
Went there hoping to speak with a sales representative. Even after talking to the lady at the front desk and giving her our names, hoping to manage to see a salesperson,... nothing happened. After waiting for 25 minutes,we decided to leave and the receptionist promised us a call from the salesperson. It's been only 2 weeks, I think they will call by next Xmas.

First of all i am French as you probably noticed in my writing but i try my best in english and he is english first but all the time i was with him spoke to me in French.
