My experience with this firm is disappointing. I had two cases with them. They resolved the last one, but they didn't completely conclude the first one. They still owe me money for the repair of my vehicle. I've called several times to check on the progress of the payment, but they haven't given me a response. Finally, my number was blocked when I called.
My experience with BMW has been amazing! Ms. Crystal was the one to help throughout out my whole process, any time I had a question she was quick to respond and didn’t settle for less as I requested! Very amazing company!
BMW Law was very communicative from start to finish I never had to wonder what the status of my case was. Justina was super friendly and she fought hard to get me the most for my accident. So thankful for them!
