The nursing staff can be so rude! When you call about a sick child and they answer the phone with a nasty tone in their voice, it increases my anxiety and frustration. They are not very helpful with things to do until your child can be seen. If the Dr.s and NPs weren't so efficient and kind, I would have taken my girls elsewhere! I think the staff could use some empathy training!!
