I finally found a company I can trust! Michael communicated with me every step of the way from dealing with the rain, when he would arrive, what the problems were and why they were problems. Easy to understand and offered information I can use going forward to keep my heater & AC operating properly and longer. Worth every penny!

They came out promptly same day when I called last weekend on a holiday weekend. It was hotter inside my home than outside but thanks to Michael it was working again in an hour! So grateful for Bross Heating and cooling they saved our holiday weekend!!

A/C stopped. Contacted Bross on a hot Saturday afternoon. Bross Heating & Cooling kept me up-to-date and fixed the A/C the next day. Very satisfied with the prompt service, communications and fair price for weekend work. Highly recommend and I would definitely use again.

They were fast and we had a warm home within hours. Very nice and informative people. Highly recommend . Will never use anyone else I hate changing a review but it’s 26 months in and at a week in I had to hound them to not forget about hookiing up my AC unit. It got warm I then had to call and call the son said it was his Dad and back and forth he finally showed up the son and hooked it up . It leaked in my hallway to the point that the floor buckled and caved in I had to call repeatedly to get them to come. The son had hook... read more

Michael has done several jobs at my house. He is always prompt and very knowledgeable . He takes pictures and videos to explain what is wrong and how he will fix it. I highly recommend Bross Heating and Cooling.
