Absolutely terrible place to work, 3rd shift. The line leads are so lazy and have the worst communication. Suppose to keep you stocked w material but because they do not, have to constantly stop for your materials then they get on your case because you aren't making numbers but when things go correctly you do make numbers so these people are ridiculous here. If you want to be treated fairly and with respect this is not where you want to work. Definitely not 3rd shift.
