Usually do not write a review but i meant to write one for this. The customer service was terrible and was that of a petty person. I booked an appointment for 3 different services that were back to back. I had a 10 am appointment that I drove over an hour for. There was some construction work that caused me to be a little late. I turned on her street at 10:08 and had to find parking. I knocked on her door at 10:11 AM, but she did not come to the door. Everything about this place was wonderful, especially the conversation! B. Rose is an enthusiastic and well-informed professional. I can’t wait to try the other services she offers.
Being a mom it is hard for me to find time for myself but when I do B. Rose is definitely the go to for me time. She is knowledgeable in every aspect of skincare, diet along with medical conditions that will help your services. Her suite is convenient, intimate, clean and accommodating. She has a customer for life.
