I've been with this surgery for over 20 years. Although the receptionists have come and gone, they have always been warm, friendly, and supportive. The nurses are also very caring, warm, and friendly. The doctors are all wonderful! They always listen, are thoughtful, kind, and generous with their time when you need it, and they have it to give. I like the choice of on-the-day appointments, or booking for an appointment in the future. I find the option to choose a telephone or face-face consultation very helpful. All in all, ... read more
Fantastic surgery. Reception staff are kind and patient, and every doctor I’ve seen has been excellent. Have been a few times in recent months with my new baby and we’ve had fantastic, attentive care every time. I really appreciate the staff here and feel very lucky to live so close.
Excellent service; easy access, very helpful reception staff, good continuity of care, very high standard clinical practice. One of the best GP Practices in South Yorkshire.
Have been there for couple of times since I have move to this area for kids registrations. Call ab Book an app collect docs came home fiil them up and handed over back with kids immunizations schedule. Then wait again for the call for due immunizations. That's the system. Overall tge service is very good.reviewing the service after 2 years and comparing with other GPs in the area, Broomhill surgery team is far ahead. Hats off
They cant do basic math, theyre not able to provide repeat prescriptions that will last for as long as they are supposed to. The doctor prescribed me 28 tablets that Im supposed to take 3 times per day and expected it to last me a month. Ive been chasing the surgery for two weeks about it, they straight up refused to tell me when Ill be able to pick up my prescription. I have spoken to reception and their pharmacist multiple times, I told them I was running now and would be out soon multiple times. Now I am running out of me... read more
