We waited in all afternoon as instructed for the plumber to arrive but they didn't show. Obviously there could be a valid reason, but despite taking our mobile phone number and email address we were not contacted with any explanation. Very unprofessional, unreliable non-service.

Failed to fix our tap and then have ignored our calls. Don't use them.
