Some of receptionist don't let me see a doctor while I had inflamation and I saw preference for them when you are a patient for long time, I was waiting 30 minutes on the phone, I m really disappointed I m patient for them for almost 12 years alot is changed.
Bearing in mind the large and very varied clientele, I have been dealt with in an efficient and acceptable manner. A well organised practice!
I’ve rang to get an over the phone appointment to get some medication prescribed to me, had the call back from the receptionist only to be told I couldn’t possibly get even a telephone appointment from any medical staff. Broomfield is the best doctors practice we have ever experienced. Last week we were given great advice when so needed. We rang late afternoon for bites which were causing illness, swelling and local high temperature. Whist there were no available appointments we were directed to our local pharmacy. The pharmacist was professional, gave great advice and promised antibiotics if the symptoms did not dissipate. Thank you Broomfield and Maria for pointing us in the right direction. You have never let us down.
I grew up using this doctors who had always been amazing NOT ANYMORE !!!! unfortunately last year they didn’t follow the correct procedures when an appointment was booked for my father who’s actually suffering from stage 3 bowel cancer now due to the missed diagnosis and symptoms ….. After having a conversation and receiving a poxy apology from the surgery to ensure people will now be checked more thoroughly nothing has changed ….
