Went here for 4 months, my teeth are worse off than when I started. I can barely chew on either side of my mouth. I had 3 fillings done on my last visit, they left a chunk of tooth in between two of my teeth. Once the numbing agent wore off, it was extremely painful, I couldn't chew anything at all, I had to literally floss the chunk out of my teeth which should have been during my visit, it's been almost 3 weeks since that visit and my teeth are still extremely sensitive, also didn't inform me that my insurance wasn't cover... read more
Your group seems very irresponsible to me. You should have told me earlier that your orthodontist was leaving. I think you should have contacted the clinic yourself and made an appointment. Because of this, my son has been suffering from not wearing Invisalign for 2 months. Can I change clinics?

oops sorry, forgot this part. As for my dental records...By law, she had 7 days to give me these (with Colorado law) 30 days with HEPA law, she took 2 months! and then said that they sent "the first time" the same day they got the request. So I go back into my email and do a search of ALL folders, inbox, spam everything, the result was "SHE LIED AGAIN" The first and only time I received them was two months after I requested them.
