Had a back tooth chip. Called the dentist and they got me in. Ended up having to get a crown. All was good. Laying in bed that night and the temp crown just fell off - like nothing was holding it. Called the call center ( it’s 9pm and I know they are closed). Just wanted them to know the problem and I would be in as soon as they reopen ( it’s New Year’s Eve). They send annoying spam texts asking for a review. So here’s my review. Stop sending me spam. Also, I’ve been calling for weeks and no one ever answers the phone. Just goes to a call center who can’t help much. In addition, they sent me a bill even though I literally told them what my insurance was and it was annoying to get fixed. I’ve had nothing but issues with this company. AVOID!!!
