They send annoying spam texts asking for a review. So here’s my review. Stop sending me spam. Also, I couldn’t actually get my cleaning done because no one here seems to understand how my insurance works. I’ve been calling for weeks and no one ever answers the phone. Just goes to a call center who can’t help much. In addition, they sent me a bill even though I literally told them what my insurance was.
Love this place, they have always treated me good and above all have done a great job with my teeth! Thank you
Terrible customer service! My dental office closed in Boulder (with no warning) and told me my records would be sent to this office. I tried calling to schedule my follow-up appointment and kept being told I needed to talk to someone else and they would call me back and no one called back for WEEKS!. Canceled on me twice in a row, each time only hours before my appointment. Extremely poor communication, impossible to reach on the phone. Dealing with this company is so frustrating. I see you're telling other writers of bad reviews to reach out to your office -- why should they, when you don't answer your phone or call back?
