Waited till 5 days before my appointment to let me know they were not taking on new clients, and cancelled. I specifically called over a month ago to double check they were taking new clients of which they confirmed they were. Now I am put in a situation where I already have that specific day off work with other appointments booked and cannot get set up else where due to the unprofessinalism of this practice. No sympathy from them when canceling either would not recommend to anyone

I have dental insurance. BDG had me sign an estimate for ~$200 (after insurance) to get a filling. I had the work done and gladly paid the $200 at the time of service in addition to what my insurance covered. BDG then started sending me invoices for ~$200 which I thought was a duplicate of the invoice I had already paid so I ignored it for a couple months. Great Care, Abysmal Communication First off, the dentists and staff at this practice are fantastic. They are professional and kind, and I feel I received good care. Unfortunately, I changed providers because the administrative side is hard to navigate and dysfunctional. It’s THAT bad. Calls are rerouted to a third-party service that is completely unreliable.
