Had my girlfriends car here they said it would be done Monday never called her back then gave it back Tuesday made her pay way more than needed out of pocket then 2 hours later ( we drove it home then to the gym) then it started overheating ( hood and bumper were still messed up & not proper Lined up) THE WORST PART IS IF IT WASNT FOR MY MECHANICAL BACKROUND AND BODY WORK SHE WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN THAT WASNT CORRECT!!!!!! They did a very good job to fix my car after a crazy incident.
My daughter was in a fender bender on the way to Utah. The car was drivable, so she continued on. The car kept dropping parts along the highway. Broomfield Collision gave us a very fair estimate. They completed the work professionally and in a timely manner. Communication was good, and every time we went to the shop, we were treated well. We highly recommend Broomfield Collision and the entire staff.
I am grateful for the outstanding service I received at BCC this week. My vehicle had a major repair in 2023, and I was told to bring it back if there was ever a problem. I called and BCC had my vehicle in, checked it, and repaired it the next day. I appreciate the expedience, integrity, and commitment BCC has to its customers.
Was rear-ended by an uninsured driver (big surprise, right?) and our 2022 Toyota received some damage to the rear bumper cover. Made a next day appointment for an estimate. Tom provided an estimate and was sympathetic to our situation and expressed his frustration with uninsured drivers in Colorado. He ordered the part and within a few days our repairs were completed. Office staff was terrific as well. Would highly recommend this business!
