Tom and team provided excellent auto body work at a reasonable price and a quick turnaround. Communication was great as well -- Tom kept me informed throughout the process, from initial quote to insurance filings to service and delivery. Everyone at the shop is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm so happy to have found Broomfield Collision Center and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local body shop.
I chose Caliber Collision based on strong location reviews and initially had high expectations for the repair process. However, communication during the repair was poor, as the I did not receive the promised updates and had to reach out for status information. After the vehicle was returned, several issues were discovered, including an unpainted interior door panel, misaligned doors, the side step that detached due to improper welding, and a large scratch on the rear glass. It was great doing business with this shop. It's not just that they got the job done and the car is looking quite nice. (Though they did, and it is.) They also accommodated my timeline. I was renting a car while mine was out of action in the shop. They finished job just before my rental agreement expired, which was a great relief to me. Tom is fun to talk with. Tom and the Broomfield Collision Center did an amazing job, fast, friendly and fairly priced service. Someone hit my car in a parking lot and did not leave any information. The passenger side front door could not open without damaging the door and front corner panel. They re-aligned the damaged panels quickly and did not say any parts needed to be replaced. I would highly recommend their services!
