Had an oil leak. In order to fix, I had to get my oil changed. $50 less than Take 5 charged!!! The response time was fast. Didn't try to convince me something else was wrong. Very friendly. I will definitely be back
Oh my goodness, these guys are wonderful. They are so thorough and considerate. They go the extra mile to be sure the service you receive meets your needs. Example, I was having trouble with the tire pressure detection on my escalade and stated "I trusted those reading as far as I could throw them". In addition to the usual tire filling/pressure check after rotation, they came back before I checked out to say they wanted to make a change to the tire pressure settings. Highly recommend Broomfield Automotive! Their pricing is very fair, great customer service, and I am so glad to have found a shop that I can actually trust! Alan and Tracy are great to work with, very knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer any questions. My vehicles needed several expensive repairs last year, including new brakes, a damaged steering column, and a transmission issue. Broomfield Automotive is amazing!! Alan was so sweet and helpful!! I had a bunch of issues come up on my Highlander and I brought it in to Broomfield Automotive to get an oil change and overall inspection of what was causing issues. They were very accommodating and helpful when it came to questions regarding work to be done. They called to keep me informed on what stage the car was in and when they found all my problems, they made it easy to understand an no pressure! Everyone was so sweet and thorough!
Always good service and communication and went the extra mile to wash it for me!
