The guys did a 100000km service for me today and also looked into a long standing issue that had gone unresolved. They gave me a short report and an exploded view with the failed gaskets highlighted to pass to my dealer in Brisbane. As the issue was long standing, timing was not critical and I could have it done on my eay home or once home. I unreservedly recommend this service department. They fitted me in and I appreciate it.
Great service as expected from a Toyota dealership, friendly staff, car finished early and back on the road. As we were travelling booked in 5 months prior to service . An added bonus is the ARB store attached to the car showroom and plenty of cafes within a short walk.
Very disappointed in the work from Broome Toyota. Less than 700 km after my service my fuel filter light came on. I had to find another mechanic in Darwin to look at the vehicle who then showed me a filthy fuel filter. There is no way that my fuel filter was changed during my service despite being charged for it. Very disappointed
10 out of 10 for customer service. Had some warranty work done and couldn’t be happier.
Alison was a 10/10. An excellent person and very empathetic. She helped us with logistics and made sure everything arrived quickly while we were in the middle of nowhere. This girl is a real gem at Toyota.
