Super experience. My rear bumper was bent from being towed. I turned up and within 30 seconds a screwdriver and hammer was used to return the metal to normal. No payment asked for - I would have gladly paid and had some touch-up paint applied. Anyhow, will save that $$$ for a respray at the end of the journey. Much appreciated kind Sir!

Had an insurance claim through these guys last year. We spoke over email and phone a few times, depending on whether he would pick up the phone - not often. After 10 months, we were finally able to drop the car off as he said they had the parts. Turns out he didn't, and I hired a car for a week for no reason. I have no idea how this place is actually a business.
Bezo ,very easy to help and to make sure your up and going
We were sent to this place by our insurance company after our car was rear ended. We had no communication from start to finish, we called and emailed multiple times and never heard back (+- 3 months). When we eventually got in touch, he managed to get the job done relatively quickly however has done an appalling job. We were advised by him that new parts would be fitted where needed, however, the back door he put on appears to be second hand, the latch for the wheel cover was left broken, the rear door is not aligned and rat... read more
