What I'd like to see at broome oncology is a variety sandwiches in the morning and at lunch time and a variety of chips or maybe a buffet plate for a large group of people that includes meats :cheeses and condiments with rolls and fresh fruits and vegetables as well
What about having a year round Christmas tree in the area where people get chemotherapy. It would be nice to look st and lift moods and add brightness to the unit
If it wasn't for them I would not be alive today! They told me in 8 mths is be gone.threw chemotherapy every other week and one to bring home for a couple days did it.No cancer.They cared about me I was alone scared and so depressed I just kept my head up and said I'm going to fight this alone I did and didn't the nurses there are incredible I would tell anyone to go.there in was surely amazed with the care there and treatment and oh almost forgot my Doc was the best Dr.Lee amazing man the all.....sonja
Perfect example of why we left NY state. So my OBGYN refereed me to Broome Oncology to see Dr. Kloss, to explain what antiphosphlipid syndrome to me. I called Dr. Kloss’s office to see how much the consult would cost me without insurance as we were days away from moving and no longer had insurance. I was told and estimate of $150, maybe more depending on what he did, as in if blood was drawn or some other exam, so something other then the consult was done. Dr. Readling is amazing! And the oncology nurses are caring, top notch, and do a WONDERFUL job. If you gotta go through this cancer crap, all the folks here.. from front end to nurses, are fantastic
Fun place to forget about everyday life. It's like a fantasy world. Love it even more that they are going to expand ?!
The staff is caring and helpful. Relocating from another state and having such a great staff and Doctors was a tremendous relief for our family. They were able to obtain the records and addressed a problem that we were complaining about in the other state with no results. They listened and got the tests done and come to find out our concerns were real! They treat you like people not a number!!!!
