The doctors are great, and the front desk staff has always been wonderful. Unfortunately, our experience with the glasses section has been a different story. My son and I both had appointments several months ago. I called in June to schedule an eye exam. I couldn’t get an appointment until September. About a week before my September appointment, I needed to re-schedule because of a serious problem at home. Next available appointment was after the New Year. I said that would be OK if I could get some more contact lenses to wear until then.
