Haven’t had the best experiences here, so I’ll be going back to my old eye doctor, who is well worth the longer drive. I wanted to shop for new glasses, and the worker told me I can’t look around because “she knows the full inventory” so she just had me tell her what I like and she will go pull glasses for me to try. They also do not allow you to take photos in the glasses to show other people. I would not use this service again, many problems we with th e m accepting and processing medicare and tricare, use caution dealing with them
1st rate eye care and great people
Went there for my daughter’s eyeglasses as well as mine. My insurance company requires me to pay for hardware out of pocket and then file a claim to get reimbursed. Due to Broome’s contract with my insurance provider, they are required to file it for me and my insurance provider will not accept the claim from me. I went in person to their office twice to explain the situation and also called twice (my insurance provider rep also called their office to try and get them to file my claim but they refused) and each time the lady... read more
I've been a patient of Dr Broome for a couple years. He makes the exam kinda fun as he evaluates what prescription is needed. His staff is friendly, and always helpful when I need my glasses serviced. I highly recommend this business!
