Reception staff were very efficient, friendly, accommodating and mature. Dr. Ruwan helped me with a problem that was essentially detrimental to my mental health, albeit it was a physical issue. I noticed some 1* reviews quoting wait times and all I can say in relation to visits to the Broome Doctors is there are no time limits to thoroughness. Highly recommend this surgery for all round general medical practice, diligence and a genuine practicing of the hippocratic oath.

Booked an appointment online, and the clinic is CLOSE, no messages no alert, seen at least 10 people coming and trying to open the door. What a shame

This place used to be good, but my recent experience has left me utterly disappointed. It seems like the reception staff play favorites, as they prioritize patients they know over those who have booked appointments. Regardless of what time your appointment is scheduled, you’re left waiting while others who seem to have a closer relationship with the staff get seen first. This favoritism is unfair and unprofessional. Needless to say, I won’t be returning and would advise others to steer clear as well.
