Every single phone call I've made, they shut me down as soon as possible, kept saying bye and trying desperately to hang up on me when we're under two minutes into the phone call even though they're aware people have to wait in queues for over 30 minutes for their turn on the phone... they are all extremely rude.

Not even sure how this is considered a GP. Rang up at 8am and got a “user busy” message. Rang up another 46 times and still the same. When I finally got though, all appointments have been booked - after being told by a receptionist on Friday that I need an appointment. Absolutely awful and I’m moving surgeries because I can’t even get a phone call back that doesn’t result in me asking for an appointment. Can’t even access the online appointment system. Wish I’d have stayed at my old practice.
This is a very good practice. The doctors, health care assistants and staff are very caring , professional, helpful and of the highest calibre. I am sure that they are doing the very best that they can with the resources available to them. They deserve our full support
