I had back surgery and my son did too a couple of years back and we had a great experience with doctors and staff. My wife was in for a week during this COVID thing and was treated like a queen,thanks Brookwood for all the love and attention !
I had major abdominal surgery, and was very well taken care of. I absolutely loved my treatment, and have very rarely encountered rude or incompetent staff. I loved them so much, that when I became pregnant, I chose them again to handle my prenatal care, and again, I couldn't be happier.
I was assured of a male prep nurse for an operation at this facility in 2009- Instead I got a rude female named ESTELLE MURDOCK who refused my request for same gender care I'd been promised- i even wrot out what I wanted and had a copy laying on my body as we spoke. I was PYSICALLY VIOLATED and the administration cared little about it after the incident. Dealing with thiem was just about as bad as bein violated by Ms Murdock was.
