My mother died in February of this year which meant as a son part ownership of her Condo here passed to me. The Condo recently sold, fortunately. Unfortunately recently the the development corporation came into our courtyard and cut down all our foundation plantings including a 38 year old Magnolia and a series of Azealias and Boxwoods that were beautiful each year and were all healthy. Omg I'm a utility locator so I deal with different communities and people every day. But the several people I had come into contact with here are by far the nicest people I have ever met. The ponds are beautiful. I would highly recommend this community to any one. Love it...
