The staff was really rude and there were rats on the floor and they also spilt a whole bottle of coke on me and then didn’t even say sorry wouldn’t recommend coming here.
Attended a charity event at Brookwood Receptions and it was absolutely lovely. The venue was beautifully presented, clean and well organised. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Staff were professional and attentive throughout the evening & everything ran smoothly. The food was well presented and enjoyable & the space worked perfectly for a community event. A wonderful venue for special occasions and large gatherings. Highly recommend.

Everything at Brookwood Reception was absolutely amazing. From the service to the staff and management, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible, all our guests were happy, and the staff were extremely attentive, professional, and always helpful.
