Kristina Buscoe has been extraordinarily helpful and areas she is able to help us in. When we call or email with a problem or a maintenance issue she is very timely within reason to our requests or concerns. Very happy to have her as management. Very good at her job. I know management can sometimes be a thankless job but I mean it when I say thank you for doing your best and being reasonable to work with. It means a lot when renting.
Brookwood Estates has been incredibly responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance. Recently, they promptly arranged a vendor to fix our stove/oven, showing their commitment to residents' needs. Since moving here over a year ago, my family has felt safe, valued, and supported—without judgment. Highly recommend their service and dedication!
Kristina Buscoe, Brookwood Estates Community Manager is very professional and compassionate. She assisted us with a loved one who was experiencing illness and she was very understanding and helpful. Thank you Kristina for being there for us!
