They raise rent but do nothing to keep their residents safe. Like have light pole in the streets. A person needs to drive with their high beams on just to see at night. A good way for someone to get hurt, killed, or raped. The city streets have more lights and are safer.
Do NOT buy or rent from this company. The new manager is absolutely awful. Refuses to help and cannot tell me why my rent is so high. They added liability insurance without my permission even though I already pay mortgage insurance. A bunch of scammers, DO NOT RENT OR BUY
Kristina Buscoe has been extraordinarily helpful and areas she is able to help us in. When we call or email with a problem or a maintenance issue she is very timely within reason to our requests or concerns. Very happy to have her as management. Very good at her job. I know management can sometimes be a thankless job but I mean it when I say thank you for doing your best and being reasonable to work with. It means a lot when renting.
Brookwood Estates has been incredibly responsive whenever we’ve needed assistance. Recently, they promptly arranged a vendor to fix our stove/oven, showing their commitment to residents' needs. Since moving here over a year ago, my family has felt safe, valued, and supported—without judgment. Highly recommend their service and dedication!
