My wife and I are constantly trying to get ahold of anyone in power because this is a mad house DONT BUY HERE unless you want a place with nobody in charge. Paying 800$ a month for lot rent when they don’t take care of dangerous trees don’t clean the snow don’t salt the ice, don’t mow the grass or in fact even grow it! We have been begging to talk with someone who is actually in charge email after email phone call after phone call and nothing ABSOLUTELY DONT BUY FROM THEM!

They raise rent but do nothing to keep their residents safe. Like have light pole in the streets. A person needs to drive with their high beams on just to see at night. A good way for someone to get hurt, killed, or raped. The city streets have more lights and are safer.
