Great person to work with Clean environment. Quiet, homey, homes are well kept
THIS IS NOT a 55 & OVER PARK; there are children living here. The school bus picks some up in the mornings, & drops them off in the afternoons. It is also NOT pet free (only for newer residents); there are cats (that roam) & dogs here. The water rate was raised nearly 50% the first year of the pandemic. The rent was increased 10% in the second year of the pandemic. There really doesn't seem to be any reason for the increase; nothing has gotten any better in the 3+ years we've lived here.
