Great little family owned and operated company!!! We use them for all of our family trips and parties that we have for our employees. They deliver every time on their promise that they have the best service in the Woodinville and Redmond area. We strongly recommend this company if you are looking for a hassle free experience.
I've used Brookwood Limo and Town Car in Woodinville a couple of times now and have never been disappointed. They are professional, polite and well maintained person and vehicle.
Real nickel and dime operators. Car wasnt that nice and they were not flexible. I use black cars (aka hired cars) on a weekly basis... these folks were one of the lower end operators I have used.
The only reason that this was not a one star experience was the booking process. The person I booked with was extremely professional and organized, but after that, everything was horrible. Booked for the 4 hour minimum with very specific instructions, only to find out that the driver dropped off the passengers 1.25 hours early! There was no request to be dropped off and then things got worse as I had to fight with dispatch to get a credit for 1.25 hours! Come On!
