This is a 3 star hotel- a step above Motel 6. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, decent shower water pressure, good air conditioner, refrigerator in room, standard free breakfast but with the added attraction of a fabulous Folger's coffee machine and a Nescafé coffee machine available all day-at least while the office is open and i t isn’t open from 11 p.m. till 7 a.m. Clean breakfast area. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice. Great location. Breakfast was good, the regular what you see for a hot breakfast at hotels. The beds were not comfortable. The staff came to clean our room twice before 9:15am.(8:45a & 9:10a) I dont know about you, but I was in bed since I was on vacation. I booked here because of all the high ratings, but I would definitely put out the do not disturb sign on the door if you do stay here.
After making a reservation, we never received a confirmation email. I wasn't able to remember where we had made the reservation, and we wound up canceling the trip. I then got charged full price for the hotel. I called to work this out, even offering to pay half of the room, if they would reimburse me the other half. The staff refused to work with me at all. The staff on the phone call were not impolite, but I don't feel fairly treated by the hotel, and I will not risk a reservation with them again.
Very good motel
Great location on Green Mt. Drive to stay at. Close to everything but far enough to have quiet too!
