I recently purchased a package of Brookwood Farms Baby Back Ribs and followed the heating instructions exactly as provided. Unfortunately, the product did not meet expectations. The ribs were not very meaty and, more importantly, they were quite tough and did not pull away from the bone as baby back ribs typically should. I was introduced to this pork BBQ at the Charlotte airport. I was blown away by its' flavor. I'm talking great pork BBQ out of an Airport?? So, I was always looking forward to flying in to Charlotte. I'm doing a job in Asheville right now and did a search on who in the retail world sold their BBQ here. WALMART on airport road carries it and I went and bought 2 tubs this morning and it is excellent!!!
