This is THE WORST dental office that I have ever been to. Between the receptionists being rude and disrespectful in person and more over the phone, along with the dentist that does fillings. This is just a very disorginized place. I had 5 fillings done they rushed and did not do correctly. We had a apointment scedualed to get it fixed and the morning of they cancled it and rescedualed it. Get to the rescedualed date and they canceled the day before the apointment. Just walked away from my second cancelled appointment in a row. Last week Dr had an emergency and they called 90 min before appointment, didn’t get the message and came in. Totally understand emergencies so rescheduled for today with 2 people in the office. Got the confirmation and links to fill out new patient forms. Arrive today and was informed they do not have anyone to provide care. Wildly unprofessional and if the situation was reversed the patient would be charged. Find somewhere else to go.
This is the first bad review i ever wrote. They are probally the worst dentist ive ever been to. There scheduling is a joke an they have a new person every week who has no clue what is going on. I had to fight for 6 momths for them to get my insurence straitened out. Then if they have to cancel your appointment they dont tell u till your there.
