Look elsewhere before moving here.Staff is very rude and nasty.Neighbors like to play loud music late night til 1am or longer they don't care that others neighbors are living around close by.I was told they been here 4 yrs so it's ok. Maintenance lazy and sorry.
Very unprofessional and rude nasty staff.Maintance doesnt like to fix repairs when you go in the portal and add them they are deleted and placed as completed.The staff likes to argue with you when you tell them about the repairs needs fixing.Did I mention neighbors like to blast loud music late up until 1am.in the morning so you cant sleep and the office team don't care to ask them to keep the disturbs down.The maintenance team is lazy and sorry.Brookwood club doesn't care about the residents issues just about rent.The pool... read more
