The worst ER experience this old lady has ever had. Do not go here if you’re in pain! You will leave in pain! The doctor and staff don’t speak properly to someone in pain. No empathy, hate my job attitude. ER doctor did not check my body swelling by touch nor did he run scan, tests. My pain level was a 10 and they sent me home with muscle relaxers. No anti inflammatory or pain medicine. Next day my condition was worse. Got to Pell City ER and they did what caring medical professionals do. Thank God. CT scan and physical exam... read more
Not very good Hospital didn’t like the way the staff treated me get better service at RMC than this garbage hospital was left in pain for hours but it is what it is I won’t be coming back here again for my needs
