I had a recent consultation at this vein center. Prior to my appointment, I received a call asking about my insurance. After informing them I had Medicaid, I was told they do not accept Medicaid for procedures but that I could still come for a consultation. When I arrived, the front desk interaction felt noticeably cold and dismissive. The same staff member performed my ultrasound and communication was minimal beyond basic instructions.
