It is sad to see that this health facility is closing. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. NP Mrs. Pam Lolley was amazing along with the entire staff. She always took the time to listen to me about my aches and pains. I can unequivocally say that this is the best health clinic facility that I have ever been to. Personal always had a smile on their face and were always very optimistic. I would highly recommend Nurse Lolley and the entire staff.

Very disappointed that this location is closing. What a fantastic staff and NP Pam Lolley was AMAZING. Really hope they change their minds on closing. Professional, caring, helpful staff and convenient.
The first nurse practitioner I saw at BBH Grand River was difficult, and I was very disappointed with the care I received. However, since then I have been a patient of CRNP Pamela Lolley. I can literally say that Nurse Lolley saved my life. She listens and endeavors always to hear and observe from the patient’s perspective before making a decision of her own. I highly recommend Nurse Lolley.
