I started going there in October of 2015, and always am real comfortable with the office staff & esp Dr, Hughes. They all are real nice & takes time with you.
Dr. Huner was rushed to finish my appointment. The receptionists were not patient or friendly to talk to me. The lab assistant was no good. She was nervous to take my sample and she failed at the first time. My preventive care visit should be free (cause I have done the same tests in other places with full coverage). Yet I was charged for the service. I called the office more than 10 times in different time frames within 2 weeks. But no real person answered. I have left messages, and no one replied. Our family moved here from KY a little over a year ago. It was difficult to find a doctor that was accepting new patients. Dr. Huner, Dr. Miller, & their staff welcomed us and made us feel at home from the initial phone call. The wait time in the office was minimal. We were extremely satisfied with the results of the office visit.They are both professional and caring which is very rare at a doctors office. We would highly recommend to anyone.
Dr. Huner and her staff are amazing. I've received excellent care from them for about 4 years now. I've recommended her several time and will continue to do so!
