This is an old picture. It doesn't look this way anymore. The grass doesn't even get cut until someone from the surrounding community volunteers to mow it. The laundry room was closed for over a year now in the line of washers you see, one is turned on the breaker is turned off for the rest of them. Roaches are unbelievable throughout, no exterminator is provided. There were people this summer that had no AC at all.
