Truly was such an amazing place. The team is amazing. They truly made my step father last days as special as possible. If you’re looking for a long term care facility. This is the one. Affordable with staff that cares so much. Cleanest facility out there as well. Like omg not ounce when I was there daily did it ever smell like a nursing home. So clean and tidy. My mother in law received excellent care at this facility. The rooms were clean and it felt more like home to her in her last weeks with us. That staff was amazing and attended to all her needs. They administered all the medications prescribed by Hospice correctly and on time. I cannot say enough about the staff they were always friendly and caring.

I just called this facility and requested to speak with someone regarding their "admission process." The person who answered the phone did not know what I was talking about. I re-phrased my request to ask to speak with someone about having my father admitted, but that resulted in continued confusion. Then I heard another person asking "what does she want? and then silence, as though they were just staring at the phone. I commented that if they can't even answer a phone properly I was not going to place my father there.
In this location the employees have a bad attitude toward visitors, the residents do not get the care they need, I do not recommend this place.Dale has a very bad attitude, this place needs to retrain the employees.
