Very friendly and professional. Explaining everything and gentle while having a check up and clean
I presented at surgery for sensitivity in my teeth. The dentist suggested the filling and completed the procedure. The problem was not resolved completely. I went in twice for review. At final review today, I was referred to another dentist in different facility and advised that I will havs to pay again for consultation and Xrays. The amount (close to $500) that I paid to this surgery went to waste as problem was not resolved. Honestly, I expected better from this place based on the reviews.
So easy to book quickly, no waiting time, in and out with a pain free, perfectly colour matched filling. So convenient and Dr. Wendy and her assistant were so lovely. Pleasant experience at a dentist!
I can not express how comfortable and at ease I was made feel with Dr Norhan. She explained clearly to me what the process was going to be at my appointment and gave me very clear after care advise. I even appreciated the follow up phone call the next morning to see how I was feeling after my visit. I highly recommend brookwater dental
